Commercial Maintenance Technician

Gregg Lehmann oversees the daily maintenance operations and contractor/vendor management of McAllen’s portfolio. Gregg has over 20 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction of residential and commercial properties. In addition, he has 10 years of professional welding experience and completed a welding course at Madison College. Mr. Lehmann brings a wealth of knowledge while determining and planning long-term maintenance repairs and capital improvements projects. He has direct experience managing tenant improvement projects and turn-key move-ins. Gregg works to build relationships with each tenant to ensure their individual maintenance needs are met.
